Private with Fire

He stood there, gazing down dominantly at his mate. Slowly, he trailed a paw down her ear. "What should I do with you?" he asked quietly.

She flushed underneath her fur, swatting him Witt her tail.

He purred. "You're too pretty for your own good."

She squeaked in surprise, trying to keep from being flattened against the ground underneath his larger, heavier form.

He purred louder and jumped on top of her right in front of the leader's den, hugging her as he laid on her back.

"The medicine cat said two or three," she answered.

He purred and licked his lips. "How many do you think there are?"

She squealed slightly at the tickling sensation, moving away from him. "I blame the kits."

He flicked his ears as she played with them. "You're entertained easily these days," he commented, swinging his tail around and tickling her belly with it.

She chuckled, lightly batting at his ears. "I'm find. The kits aren't due for another half moon."

He grinned warmly and pressed against her to make sure she was warm. "How are you feeling? No pains?" He nuzzled her belly.

Pineleaf sat down beside her mate, greeting him with a lick to the ear.

Black purred at her when he saw her approaching, her belly swollen with their kits. He waved his tail to show a spot for her to sit at.

Pineleaf left the nursery, her pawsteps soft as she headed over to her mate, Black.

A couple moons later, he lay next to the leader's den. He was the new deputy for the clan.

She buried her muzzle in her paws, trying desperately not to cry.

(I think we need a time skip to where they've found out Pineleaf is expecting)

He didn't know how to respond, so he just buried his muzzle into her shoulder, kissing it every now and then.

"Would you want to talk if you were me? Would you be all right?" she whispered in a barely audible voice.

"Please talk to me," he said quietly, feeling as though he was talking to a wall. "I need to know your alright."

She didn't respond, squeezing her eyes shut.

He purred into her ear to try to distract her. "You are the most beautiful, cute, sweet, she-cat in the whole world."

Bump

She didn't speak, just giving the slightest nod.

He held her in his grasp, helpless as to how to comfort her. "Maybe we should go somewhere more safe," he suggested quietly into her ear.

She kept crying, pressing her trembling body against him. It was clear the sexual assaults were starting to take their toll on her.
