Escaping into freedom [Canadian~Bacon]

Sanji glanced over to the feline, tail curling as she shifted up into a seated position. "What happened to you?" She asked, wondering if the lion had gotten their pride attacked. She was afraid to stay here and starve, not wanting to be too lanky. Her tail swished and curled, noting no more humans came around. She just wished to be free and with her pride again. Though they were caught or killed by the humans. "Is there any way to get out of here? I don't deserve to be caged in like this.." She huffed, starting to pace around once more. Ears twitching and tail lashing.

Drahgo lashed his tail lightly as he stalked after a group of humans, licking his lips hungrily, he hadn't eaten in weeks and he needed a quick easy meal, he was very thin and sickly looking, but was a very dark black, the skinny male was a melanistic, due to this he had a very hard time hunting for himself, thus his skinny frame, his mane was matted and patchy, it looked as if he was just starting to grow his mane, but he was an older male. Drahgo charged with a roar, managing to get himself caught and in a cage,  huffing as he was placed next to a lioness.

Sanji was a maned lioness. She was the first in her pride. With having a mane, she was seen as a male lion in her pride. That was, until things started to fall apart. Humans started to arrive and take over. Now she was in a cage and awaiting to be transported to a place she's never even heard of. She paced around her cage, hissing and growing at anyone who came near. When night came around, she looked over to see a lion was positioned beside her. A soft sigh left her, moving so she could lay down. The cage was uncomfortable, wanting the soft ground again. Though she knew that she couldn't have that again, but there was always hope. After a while of being unable to sleep, she just started to groom. Hoping to stay awake and then fall asleep on the trip the humans were planning in the morning.
