Scowler chuckled seeing his son involved in another fight, once patchy won, scowler chuckled again when he roared. Scowler trotted over to patchy, "and I thought you were going to take after your mother"

Trics smiled at her mate softly before she laid her head down and dozed off. Patchy snorted as he was in another fight over his female, he had gained a gash on his side that would heal, and the same thing happened as before, Patchy moved his head to get his rival's horn stuck and he jerked his head to break the other male's horn, the two breathed heavily and Patchy roared his victory.

Scowler nuzzled trics before trotted throughout the herd to check on patchy.

She walked slowly with him, laying in a shady spot and she sighed.

He let her use him for support as he walked over over to a clearing to rest, hoping her leg would heal.

She leaned against him and nuzzled him softly, letting out soft pants while she regained her breath.

He waited until he'd completely released inside her before pulling out with a huff, nuzzling her.

He whined, "your in heat" is all he said, it was all she needed to hear to understand, his turned his head away trying to pick up other scents.

Trics felt him freeze and she jolted, "What?" She questioned and looked to her mate.

He chuckled and nuzzled her again, he inhaled and froze slightly looking at trics he noticed for the first time since his return that she was in heat.

Trics smiled and relaxed as she saw Patchy walking off with the female beside him, "He figured that out quickly" She said and nuzzled her mate, pressing close to him and she softly groomed Scowler, "Maybe Patchy will have eggs of his own" She smiled.

Scowler watched trics try to get up, frowning he would have stopped her if she attempted to intervene. It would undermine patchy's strength which is why scowler would have only stopped the fight if patchy looked to be seriously injuried. He was still laid down as the two young males fought over the female, smiling proudly when he saw the other male submit to patchy. Scowler laid his head down, chuckling lightly, nuzzling trics to make sure she was alright.
