A Late Jurassic Heart [Ash]

Maze snorted affectionately to her mate, nuzzling him lovingly.

Nanuk paced and snorted loudly as he watched the male, swinging his tail and he shook himself out before turning to his mate.

The large buck halted when he saw Nanuk, hesitating, clearly he didn’t want the other male to challenge in fear of loosing, so he snorted and turned, swinging his tail warningly at the pair and their for all intensive purposes, child.

Nanuk jumped up as he saw the other male coming, he stood infront of his mate and he roared loudly toward the other male, snorting and he flicked his tail in warning, the large bull shook himself lightly, rattling his back plates, all he knew was that the other bull had been chasing Bruno, and charged toward his mate, he didn't like the male for either of those reasons, he snorted loudly, refusing to move.

Maze looked up as Bruno called for her, the young male being chased away from a group of young hatchlings by the leader of the herd. On closer inspection Maze realised it was mostly females, a bit younger than Bruno. Maze stood, snorting as her son ran between her legs, but this didn’t stop the large buck he roared as he stopped in front of maze.

He reached forward and nuzzled her softly, his tail flicking lightly.

Maze grinned at him from across the nest poking her tongue out.

The male moved close, laying opposite to her around the nest, making sure it was covered from all sides, huffing affectionately to his mate.

Maze nodded, the female tired anyway, laid next to the nest with a yawn.

He noticed her worry and he nuzzled her softly, "Nothing's wrong, I just didn't want to go too far..." he murmured, licking her face softly.

Maze noticed her mate walk toward the nest and she became nervous and hurried back, worried there was something wrong as she began sniffing at the nest.

The male gave a grunt as he began to follow her, before he glanced to their nest, he stuck close to the nest, huffing as his need to protect their eggs overrode his want to play with his mate.

Maze spun around, nipping at her mate before dashing away, aware she was faster than the male.

The male chuckled and laughed as he played with his mate.

Maze roared cheekily at him, nipping him playfully and hitting his side with the muscle part of her tail.

The large male chuckled as he watched his mate, letting her go and he pressed against her softly, licking her face.

Maze stumbled but didn’t fall, she couldn’t swing her tail without actually hurting him so she kept her tail curled. The male tugged her leg, laughing at her predicament.

"You're exposed" He cooed as he brushed against her before he curled his tail spikes around her leg, pulling lightlt, one of his known tricks, he usuay would topple anyone he had a hold of like this, but he left his mate standing.

Maze smirked, curling her tail teasingly at him both avoiding further nips and exposing herself, “come on baby...” she teased.

He chuckled as he watched her, swiping playfully as he circled her, "Well you've seen me fight, you should know by now" He teased, biting at her tail.

Maze grumbled with a chuckle, “come on then” she swung playfully at him, “teach me”

The male snickered as he unhooked their tails, backing off and giving a playful challenging snort, "You're too loose in the hips love, your swing isn't as powerful" He teased.

Maze roared at her mate playfully, tugging on his tail again. Swinging her hips wildly.

The male rumbled out loudly and playfully tugged back on her tail, giving her a playful nip.

Maze smirked at her mate, tugging on his tail lovingly. She head butted him lovingly.
