The Broken Truce [Bacon]

Delta reached up dizzly to her mate, feeling his fur she relaxed, suddenly trying to push herself from the ground, but groaning at the way the world spun around her.

The alpha barely saw the captor leaving before he slid to a stop beside his mate, letting out a loud whine and he nudged her gently, gis ears flat against his skull.

somehow, despite her head injury and discombobulation, Delta heard her mate, heard how angry he sounded, whats more, so did her captor it seemed, as they immediately let her go and ran. Leaving Delta laying on her back near the edge of the forest, her heading bleeding lightly.

When finally free the large alpha male searched for his mate, howling in agony and rage as he couldnt find her, he charged after her scent in his wolf form, rage clouding his judgement.

Delta felt her eyes threatening to close, but keeping them open wasn't much help either, with her vision as blurred as it was, she couldn't make out her captor, nor did scent help her all she could smell was her own blood, she assumed she must have been bleeding.

The large male growled out as he tried to fight his way up, like he sensed something was wrong, it was like someone was taking out tge strongest males to take over, the healers held him down as he tried to fight, only making his wounds worse.

As promised Delta had remained in bed, as such she wasn't aware of what was happening next door, however, soon enough something else was the focus of her attention, a faint but bothering 'clicking' noise had the she-wolf grumbling and hoisting herself off the bed with a supportive hand on her now-large stomach as she made her way over to the door then proceeded toward the back entrance of the pack-house where the noise was seemingly coming from. Delta opened the door with a frown and stepped out, looking around she saw nothing. Suddenly, Delta felt her legs leave her, her head hitting the stairs hard, causing her to become disoriented and incapable of standing, although it became apparent that someone was dragging her. Delta tried to struggle but her body was limp and heavy, she started to claw at the ground as she was dragged, her mouth unable to form any kind of scream for help.

He grumbled as he walked out of the room, running a hand through his hair, he walked outside and huffed, a pack of rogues standing outside the pack house, he frowned heavily as he made an attempt to talk it out with the rogues, before a fight broke out, high ranking wolves from the pack charging in to help their outnumbered alpha, they ended up killing the rogues, but something was suddenly wrong with Caspian, the alpha staggered before collapsing, his sides heaving as he breathed heavily, his wounds had been traced with wolfsbane, making the alpha increadably sick, he was dragged into the house and thrown onto the couch, the pack healers working on the alpha frantically while the mates of the other males tended to them.

Delta sat up as he was called, pouting with a heavy dramatic sigh, "i will try my best."

He kissed her belly and smiled, grunting as he was called and he sighed, lazily standing out of bed, "Please stay in bed this time" He teased, kisisng her forehead softly.

Delta laughed and laid back, happy watching her mate.

"Worth it" He cooed and smiled, letting out a content breath, kissing and stroking her belly lovingly.

Delta giggled at her mate, "your going to get a concussion" she said teasingly.

He smiled as he kissed the spots he felt movement, resting his cheek against her belly and he closed his eyes softly.

Delta smiled at his hands, her belly ripping lightly with movement.

He nuzzled her belly, leaning into her touch and smiling softly, placing his hands on her belly.

Delta smiled at him, reaching up and running her hands through his hair.

He chuckled and hovered over her, trailing kisses over her belly.

"sleepy" she answered with a groan, huffing with the effort it took to stretch out, running her hand over her stomach.

"How'r you both?" He cooed and grinned playfully.

"Morning" she replied tiredly with a yawn, although made no effort to get up, instead curling into him further.

"Morning baby girl" He cooed softly and he stroked her head gently.

Delta rolled over, laying her head on his stomach with a smile.

He was still laying with her, still awake and he stroked her cheek gently, softly taking her hand.

Delta woke up a few hours later, yawning and stretching, instinctively reaching out for her mate.
