She glanced toward him then jerked and tried to spin herself around when he charged, but she was too slow, her tail twitched after he bit it and she let out a snort, moving away from him a bit and she watched him before she resumed grazing, she jolted as there was a loud roar from the other side of the clearing where the herd was, a large carnivore started to run at the herd, the herd started to run away from the carnivore, Trics moved with the herd, but her limp slowed her.

He knew that he'd have to continue mating with trics until she hopefully fell pregnant within a few days, after which he'd have to move the herd across the river.
