Run Away Bravely (Stormwind)

Cinderheart paused, not having thought that through. "Um..."

“Or what?” Breezepelt defiantly mewled, smirking up at her.

Cinderheart gently cuffed him over the ears, swatting at his belly. "Do it!" She said firmly, pouting at him.

Breezepelt thrashed playfully beneath Cinderheart. “Never!” He Replied, nipping at her forepaws whenever they were in reach.

Cinderheart let out a playful growl and tackled her friend, batting at his muzzle. "Take it back!"

“Make me!” Breezepelt Replied, his usual arrogance shining through even in play.

"Fleas?" Cinderheart squawked, genuinely offended for a moment before remembering that he was just teasing her. "I don't have fleas!" She protested. "You take that back!"

“The only thing that upsets me is your fleas jumping onto me!” Breezepelt shot back with a playful yowl, raising his paw to start batting at his friend again.

Cinderheart squawked in mostly-faux offense. "I'll have you know it's you WindClan cats that are always upset about something!" She protested playfully, casually ignoring the fact that there had only been DarkClan for six moons.

Breezepelt shook his head. “It’s always something with you Thunderclan cats,” teased the tom, who reached over and bopped Cinderheart playfully.

Sitting beside Breezepelt, Cinderheart followed his gaze and blinked. “I wonder what’s got her tail in a knot,” she mused.

(That’s right, whoops!)

Breezepelt blinked once after watching Leafpool storm into her den, hoping that no one poor cat was the object of the medicine cat’s fury.

(I’m Cinderheart, remember?)

Leafpool had a thunderous scowl on her muzzle as she entered the den.

Cinderheart watched Leafpool storm past, temporarily interrupting her daydream about water returning to the lake.

Leafpool angrily stormed off to the medicine cat den, ears pinned back against her head and tail lashing back and forth.

Firestar sighed softly. He might be able to convince Mistystar to help. But getting Onestar or Blackstar when they had no incentive to cooperate with him would be difficult.

Leafpool ignored her father, stalking out of the den with a furious hiss. As long as she offered proof, she knew at least most of the she-cats would be united in exiling Ashfur at the very least, but unfortunately, Mistystar was the only female leader.

Firestar padded up to her, showing he sympathized. “He would already be gone if it were my choice, Leafpool. But now, we have to convince the other leaders that it is worth getting rid of him. We need every able body we have, Leafpool- it won’t be easy to make them exile him.”

Leafpool curled her lip in a disgusted sneer, catching what her father wasn’t saying. “And my word wouldn’t be enough for them anymore.” She huffed, frustrates and indignant. As if she’d lie about something like this! So what if she had a mate and kits, one of which was Hollyleaf? It didn’t mean she wasn’t trustworthy!

“I’m not saying I don’t trust you,” Firestar added quickly, realizing that Leafpool’s hackles wet raised. “But if we are going to make such a serious accusation, which can only be justly punished with exile... we have to be able to prove what you’re saying.” The tom was clearly having a hard time surpassing the urge to walk out and claw Ashfur himself.

Leafpool bristled indignantly at the likely-unintentional implication that she was either lying or had been lied too. “I was the one to treat her, and the second cat to see her after it happened, Lionblaze being the first and the one to fetch me. The area and Hollyleaf were both practically drenched in Ashfur’s scent.”

Firestar’s eyes first widened, before they hardened with an icy sort of repressed anger. While he believed his daughter was telling the truth, he had to be sure. “How do you know this, Leafpool?”

(I like them, too And it is, isn’t? I thought it would add some spice to the RP.

Edit: 3 and 4 will obviously take some time, so it would be best to set those aside for the moment. 2 is already in progress, with Rowanclaw stirring up discontent with his questions. For 5, we have to figure out a way to make Flamepaw important. And for the cats remembering their past lives, I don't know how to have Cinderheart remember, but after Jayfeather comes back from the past again (as in Sign of the Moon), that could cause the Three's memories to be revealed. Although, Jayfeather's past visit isn't for another seven and a half moons.)


Leafpool waved off her father’s concern by virtue of ignoring it, amber eyes blazing with fury. “Ashfur!” She snarled, hatred palpable in her voice as she spat the name. “He raped Hollyleaf!”

(Ooh! I like 2,3,4,5, and the ones where some of them remember their past lives are interesting!)

Firestar was immediately taken out of his conversation with his deputy when his daughter barged in, clearly enraged. Brambleclaw was quick to escort himself out of the den, knowing from the concern in Firestar’s green eyes that Leafpool’s well being was his primary concern at that moment.

“Leafpool,” mewled Firestar, concern edging his mewl. “Are you alright?”

Leafpool didn’t bother to check to see who was in the den before she stormed into it, a contained hurricane of furious queen. “Firestar!” She called for her father as she entered, not pausing even when she noted Brambleclaw’s presence.


(Edit: A couple months ago I came up with some ideas for this RP.
1. Waaaaayyy in the future, a cure is found and there are no more zombies. Therefore, DarkClan splits back into four.
2. Some cats disagree with the way DarkClan is being led/managed, and leave to reform one of the original four Clans. You started to have Rowanclaw being disgruntled because no one could answer whether he was a deputy anymore or not, and whether he had any powers at all.
3. SkyClan comes before the sixth arc.
4. Cinderheart and Breezepelt have kits before they realize they’re in love.
5. Flamepaw is somehow important to the Clan’s survival.
6. Willowshine’s prophecy from ages ago actually happening.

Edit 2: I had another idea. Lionblaze, Jayfeather, Cinderheart, and Dovepaw remember their past lives :3)
