The mission {Tom cat Needed}

Graniteheart padded in before Autumn, some unknown instinct forcing him to enter the abandoned place before she did. Looking around the tight confines of the old twoleg den, he already felt claustrophobic. "What good is a twoleg den anyways? It's too big to be cozy, but too small to be open..." he continued muttering to himself as he checked darkened corners and beneath rotting furniture for danger, becoming unaware of wether or not she was still following him.

Autumn watched as Graniteheart continue to speak his sorry's. "It's perfectly alright, I don't mind at all," she spoke gently. Nodding her head when he spoke about not eating since this time yesterday. And that amazed her, knowing those cats haven't eaten at since yesterday. Her tail swayed lightly and she continued to walk. The she-cat stopped when she watched the other male stop. And as worried, wondering what was going on. Her ear flicked when he said something about the smaller cat doing something while on night duty. Now she was curious to know what had happened. Did he sneak away? Did he do something stupid? She may never know.
The feline continued to walk as soon as all the others began to start moving once more. "I told you, no need to say sorry. It's not like I get upset over stupid things," she purred teasingly. Perking up when he spoke about Greenpaw. Chest rumbling in amusement at the thought of the young tom sat and yowled and cried over a spider that crawled over his paw. "that is something that is quite amusing," she said. Watching as the group came to a small abandoned shack. She watched as everyone else climbed in, and stepped in after them.

Graniteheart couldn't help but purr himself at the thought of fresh-kill.  His belly agreed and purred loudly itself, and he cringed inwardly.  "Sorry!"  He mewed quietly to Autumn, ducking his head in embarrassment.  "It's just, we haven't eaten since this time yesterday."  He raised his head again, only to hear snickering behind him from Greenpaw, the cheeky apprentice of Tigerfang.  Turning around once more, he narrowed his green eyes into slits.  Almost stalking up to the far younger tom and giving him a piece of his mind, he stopped, smirking himself as he had another idea.  Several of the other cats had turned, watching Graniteheart with worry.

"Talk about embarrassing."  Graniteheart growled softly at the apprentice.  "Sort of like last night while you were on watch."  

The other travelers laughed, equally amused by remembering what had happened and relieved that their deputy wouldn't go off on an angry tirade- this time.

"Sorry."  The white-and-gray tom mewed, turning back towards Autumn.  Atypically of the strong, silent tom, his eyes gleamed brightly with amusement.  "Had to remind that pest of when he woke us all up over a spider that crawled over his paw."

Autumn found a purr rumbling from her throat. She looked over to the cats as he named them off. She was right, they were from a clan. They didn't seem at all dangerous, like she had heard of them when she was younger. They were large, and they seemed to have a lot of muscle. Unlike other cats she had seen before. And she indeed was surprised that dats like this even existed. "Three sunrises? That's a long way," she murred. Still walking beside the tom. Who had finally asked for her name. She felt her fur growing hot in embaressment. "Oh! I'm definitely sorry, my name's Autumn," she spoke lightly. Tail still raised in content. She heard the dark cat that was leading speak up. "We're going to find a place to rest and hunt. It's getting dark out, and we need a lot of energy for the last trek," he meowed.

"My apologies." Graniteheart dipped his head, his powerful muscles rippling beneath his coat. "I'm Graniteheart. The cats with me," he mewed, pointing each out with his tail, "are Blackstar, Tigerfang, Snowripple, Greenpaw, and Stormheart. We come from Moltenclan." Elaborating further, he mewed "We live about three sunrises from here, back in the direction of your den." The tom stretched slightly as he walked in an attempt to distract himself from the soreness of his muscles. The group were hurrying to their destination for a reason critical to the continuation of the clan. This, however, he kept from the she-cat walking in step with him. Glancing back over- and slightly down- at the petite guide, he asked "And what about your name?"

The female glanced over when she was asked a question. Her tail curled lightly in content, before nodding to his question. "Yeah, I'm surprised there aren't many where you're from. There are plenty around here," she said. Still walking beside the grey and white tom. She flicked her ear and thought for a moment. "Where are you from exactly, and I don't think I've managed to catch your name," she mewled. Tail raising while she walked. Eager to find out his name. While eager to learn all about this new cat. While she was eager to find out more about the others. Were they the supposed dangerous clan cats she had heard of as a kitten? Guess she wild only have to wait and find out. Her head lifted when she saw the a river flowing rapidly past. But she assumed there had to be a bridge not too far away. Because she highly doubted these cats could swim.

Graniteheart padded a pace or two behind and to the left of the leader in the small traveling party.  As the clan's deputy, he was renowned for his strength and skill in fighting.  In addition to that, however, he was known for his temper, the slightest provocation capable of sending him into a fit of pure rage.  
At the request of his leader, Graniteheart fell back to walk alongside the kittypet guide they had just recruited, amidst the grumbling of certain warriors behind the clan's first and second in command.  After turning and giving the offenders a steely glare, which shut them up pretty quickly, he turned back to their guest, mewling a simple "Hello."  This was typical of the tom.  He kept his words to a minimum unless he was talking to a close, trusted friend, and even then only when he was alone with that cat.
Examining the she-cat more closely, he noticed her unique fur first.  For once unable to help himself, he stated "You're a tortoiseshell, right?  Not many of those where we're from."

((okay, so a group of clan cats are making their way towards a sacred, undiscovered place. And so they decided to have Autumn join to help. You can play the leader or any other Tom cat within the group. And they slowly fall inlove))


Autumn found herself slowly climbing the fence that border off her backyard from the rest of the world. She perched herself up there and looked out toward the open town before her. The calico soon shifted down, sliding off of the fence. Landing lightly on her feet before she started to walk toward the street. She enjoyed the feeling of the breeze running through her fur. And she was indeed glad to make it away from her home. Since she heard her humans speaking about getting her neutered. And to which in her horror it was to the point where she could never have kittens.
Her head lifted as she watched a large group of cats slowly make their way down the street. And she was curious, wondering why there were so many in a group. She headed over to the cats, making sure she was cautious. She didn't know it the felines wanted to harm her or anyone else. They were certainly big, and that's what made her nervous. She watched as they stopped in front of her. And the largest one seemed to be the leader of them. She ducked down lightly, but none of them seemed to attack. And she was basically relieved.though she was curious as to why the cats stopped in front of her. But the small group of cats had asked for their help. They seemed to be looking for someone. Autumn didn't know the place, but she was sure that she could help. And she especially noticed that she spotted a Tom she was interested in. She watched the male greet her. To which she greeted him back and he instantly followed after the group. He hoped the tom would fill her in on what they were doing. And the leader told her they were heading to a special place not far from here. And hoped to her have her help.
