The Protection of SkyRim

"I'm still going to" He chuckled softly.

He couldn't help but to laugh at his statement, and turned to look at him and pretended to be offended. "Excuse me, I don't need looking after."

"If they are a threat to you or just plain piss me off I'll do it again" He said into her neck and his whiskers tickled her neck.

She sighed happily as he nuzzled her. "I don't suppose you're going to want to do anything like that again, huh?"

"From people yes, normally I'd steal a meal from a bear or something like that" He said, holding her close and nuzzling his head to her neck.

He motioned for her horse to follow, and it obeyed, walking with all the stuff they had stolen. "So..." she tried lightening the mood, "Is this your first time stealing?"

"Lets forget what happened and get going... In case they follow us" He murmured, getting up and not letting her go as he pulled the two of them into his saddle.

"If it weren't for you, I would still be living in the past, just as I've been doing for my entire life before you came along." He kissed his head as he nuzzled her.

He moved and held her close to him, nuzzling his head to the crook of her neck and he breathed in her scent, purring quietly as he began to calm down, "No, its my fault, I let my past get to me.." He mumbled into her neck.

She felt her anger slide as he explained, and knelt beside him. "No, I'm sorry. I should've seen that coming. It was my idea to go in the first place. It's alright, J'Doto."

He stopped the horses and his ears drooped, "I... All I saw was when my family was killed... I thought if I didnt do anything I thought it would happen to you.." He stammered and rambled on, letting himself slide out of his saddle and he flopped to the ground, curling up, "I'm just like them... They were defenceless.." He breathed hard.

She didn't understand what was wrong with her mate as he grabbed her. She wriggled out of his grasp and turned on him as she landed on the ground. "Don't fucking touch me until you explain why you just killed all those Dragonians. Especially the ones you had pinned down, they weren't able to defend themselves!"

He moved quickly, tying the horses together and he grabbed her, pulling her to his saddle and holding her close, his ears back and he trembled a little, his head nuzzled to the crook of her neck, memories of when his family was killed running through his head and he panicked while there, thinking something would have happened to her if he hadnt of took the whole group out.

She gasped when she saw him stringing out arrows at the chasing Dragonians, and when he reached her she grabbed it out of his hands. "Stop it!" she screamed, "We're safe. They can't catch us. What the hell are you doing?"

He galloped behind her, looking back and taking out anyone of that group that tried to follow with arrows.

She galloped away on her horse, tying all the stolen things down with ease, and didn't glance back at J'Doto until she knew she was at a safe distance.

He untied the horses and jumped onto his, waiting for her to run ahead on her horse.

She tried to stop him from killing the other two, but she wasn't quick enough, and found herself sprinting beside him to their horses with their stolen items in hand. She cursed the whole way, angry at how wrong the whole thing had gone.

J'Doto took out two others before he followed her, grabbing what she had gotten.

She abandoned all the supplies she had gathered and raced towards J'Doto, and grabbed what he had gathered instead. "J'Doto, leave him, we can't fight them all. We have to retreat." She shouted to the Khajiit.

The Khajiit snarled deeply, hissing loudly, he grabbed another and brought him hard to the ground.

She heard the kill and glanced back, shocked. He killed him in cold blood? He didn't need to die! she thought. Before she could react, a shout pierced the still air, and chaos quickly erupted, Dragonians swarming towards the intruders.

J'Doto took him out and growled deeply, he got up and tackled another.

She rolled underneath her tent wall and appeared at the head of the Dragonian. Seeing the Khajiit had it all under control, she looked around and unsheathed her own sword, spotting no others nearby. No one else had heard.

The Khajiit saw what was happening, he had grabbed medicine and bottled wine, he growled and tackled the one in front of the tent she was in, the instincts he got from the sabers that raised him kicking in to protect his mate.
