The Newcomer [Private]

"Then you can stay with us. The humans here are very welcoming. There are other dragons and the humans treat you like a friend. They feed and provide you support and love." He said, tail moving to brush against his hip. Trying to calm the angered dragon. "I know there are other bad humans. But where I live they're all good." He murmured, trying to ease the dragon.

The dragon bared his fangs as the other spoke, "What home? My home no longer exists because of those humans" He said, trying to snap at the human, but he couldn't reach because of the trees, "How do you think I got like this? Another dragon?" He growled, hissing and he let out a screeching roar when the teeth of the trap was pulled from his paw, leaving large bleeding wounds.

"Shade, it fits you well. I like it," the dragon purred. Watching the other twitch in an effort to break free. "My human is only helping you. I'm sure you would like to get that trap off of your paw." He pointed out, tail swaying gently as he got closer. "You don't look like you can fly too well. We can take you in and let you heal. Then you can fly away and go home once you're better." He offered, hoping he would accept.

Shade snarled as the pair came close to him, flinching back and trying to pull his paw back when he felt the human touching him, his wild eyes shifted to the other and he gave a low warning growl, his trapped wings twitching and his tail smacking against the ground, though the voice of the other seemed to bring the blackened dragon back within his own mind, he shook his head lightly, looking at himself in a confused manor, before looking to the other dragon, "Shade" His deep voice rang out, his tail continuing to lash.

Blue shook his head and watched the dragon get stuck. Long, fluffy tail swaying as he looked down towards his human. Stepping over to the trapped dragon. He watched as the human got to work trying to pull off the trap on his paw. He kept his eyes focused on the dragon, trying to ease him. Soft purrs leaving him as he got as close as he could. "There is no need to panic, my friend. We're only here to help you." He assured, hoping that would ease the irritated and frightened dragon. "My name is Blue, by the way. And you are?" He questioned, hoping to get an answer.

Shade looked up and he snarled toward the pair, his tail lashing and he flared his wings out to try to look larger and more intimidating, he kept his injured paw back and used it to swipe toward them, baring his fangs and his head turned wildly as he tried to find a way to escape on foot, but the trees were just too thick for a dragon of his size, he backed himself against a cluster of trees, before turning and trying to shove his way through the trees, though this only for him stuck, the trees aligned perfectly to trap the male just enough that he couldn't hurt anyone even if he wanted to.

Blue watched as the dragon panicked and attempted to fly off. But couldn't go anywhere do to the tears in his wings. He allowed his human to hop off hesitantly, not wanting him to get hurt. The fluffy dragon carefully went over to him, tail curling as he tried to see if the dragon was okay. Standing over him and softly calling to him, hoping he was doing alright. He watched as his human went to get the clamp off his large paw. Hoping that would help the dragon.

Shade growled and paced with a heavy limp, the drake seemed deeply wounded, tears in his large wings and blood dripping off his body, a metal clamp biting into his large paw, his head jerked up as he heard another dragon and smelt a human, letting out a roar as he tried to jump back into the air, but his wings just wouldn't let him, he fell back to the ground with a loud thud, groaning in pain, the dragon seemed to have gone feral after his injuries, his mind just wasn't in his head.

The dragon had a content life, a life full of love and comfort. He had been taken in as an egg, hatched and raised among humans. They took care of him and in return, he protected them and flew them around. He wasn't the only dragon there, but he was umong one of the rarest. Blue flew out with his human, decided to travel and enjoy the sights. That's when he saw something, causing him to land for a closer look. Tail swaying uncertainly, noticing it was a dragon he had never seen before. Green eyes watching him curiously.
