The Broken Truce [Bacon]

"Fine" He groaned out loudly, grumbling to himself.

She narrowed her eyes further, “rest” she poked an annoyed finger his direction.

(Officially on holidays )

He rolled his eyes at her glare, letting out a huff, "It's fine Delta" He said, poking his tongue out as she glared.

“I plan to”she grumbled, as Grace started to stir, she shot him a glare before beginning to feed the infant. Although she noticed, Grace’s growth was slowly increasing.

"You can take your revenge later" He said, chuckling as he watched her, sitting beside her on the bed.

Delta growled at him angrily, sitting up, “you ass” she grumbled, rocking Grace.

"I'm fine Delta, I don't need my hands to carry you" Caspian said with a laugh, laying her on the bed and he raised his arms in defeat, "See? Fine" He grunted.

Delta jolted in surprise, growling angrily at him, “put me down, your hand” she complained, “Caspian!” She growled, still holding Grace close.

"It's fine Delta" He said softly, lifting her up easily and he began carrying her to their room.

Delta smiled, relaxing in her mates arms, “how’s your hand?” She asked gently, keeping her eyes closed tiredly.

He nuzzled her softly and smiled, holding them close, he closed his eyes softly as he relaxed.

Delta smiled, kissing his temple lovingly, rocking their daughter softly.

"Told you she was fine" He teased softly, holding his girls close and he smiled, nuzzling their daughter softly.

Delta leaned back into him, bouncing slightly on her lap in excitement as Grace was carried into the room by another healer, offered to Delta. The alpha female grinned down at her baby, cradling her close.

"True" He grunted, wrapping his arms around her and he held her close, kissing her back softly.

“I maintain you like it” she smirked, delta shifted close to sit on his lap, kissing him lovingly.

"You're a pain in the ass" He said, pulling her close to him and he nuzzled her softly.

Delta rolled her eyes, “I’m fine” she lifted her now wrapped hand.

"You should have grabbed a stick instead of using her hands" He said, huffing softly as he watched the healer work.

Delta grinned, “very much so” she leaned back as the healer took her own hand.

"Okay okay" He said, following her and once home, he sat on the couch, huffing as the healer tended to his hand, resetting the bones before wrapping the hand, "Happy?" Caspian grunted to his mate as he showed her his wrapped hand.

“You first” she growled dominately, wrapping her arm around him and leading him toward the pack house. She pointed to the couch, “sit” she demanded as she hurried off to find the healer, returning a few minutes later, sitting near him.

He frowned as he nuzzled her softly, "You need to be checked too" He said, shifting, hissing in pain as the shift causing the bones in his hand to move more, his had had clearly been crushed, deep puncture wounds from the teeth of the trap bleeding heavily as well.

Delta kneeled down, ignoring her own injuries in favour of his, “shift so we can get you to the healer.”

Caspian continued biting at the chain until his paw was free, holding his paw up as he licked at his mate's hands softly, his ears back, "I'm sorry Delta, I should have been paying attention" He whimpered, feeling at fault for her injury.
