Billie thought for a moment, "do you think any of those things would work for me? like maybe your bite has already done what it can and the rest is up to me?"

"Its kinda hard to explain... Usually you just... Think it and you become a wolf... Others need significant... Motivation" He said, "I used to know a half werewolf that had to bite himself to shift" He shrugged.

Billie giggled, "sorry" she smiled and snuggled into his chest before looking up at him curiously, "how does a normal wolf shift for the first time?"

"Don't make me think that" He whined softly, "I'm worrying enough already" He huffed.

Billie laughed, "can't believe i'm your first hamster...what if my wolf has two heads?" she joked, hitting his chest lightly.

"That's good.. I think... I don't know" He chuckled lightly, rubbing the back of his neck.

Billie smiled up at him and nuzzled into his chest, "i feel fine" she admitted, "no different" she shrugged.

He gently stroked the mark, biting his lip and sighing, nuzzling her, "How you feeling?" He murmured, not even sure if she was awake or not, or if she could even hear him.

The shivers and sweats continued for several minutes before the symptoms seemed to fade away, the only unnatural aspect of Billie now was that the mark where she'd been bitten by Canis was black and veiny, however, it didn't look infected.

He frowned as he watched her, wondering if it was a good idea doing this, there was no going back now, but he wasnt sure what was supposed to happen, worried she was having a bad reaction.

Small shivers raked through the female's body, but she still held an above-average temperature.

He nuzzled her and rubbed her arm softly, holding her close as he waited, his tail giving soft wags as he thought of the two of them hunting at night together as their wolves, running a pack together, shivering at the thought of the intense sex they would have now.

Billie's body heated up considerably, being rather warm to the touch, but the female was otherwise completely normal.

He kept a close eye on her and the cave entrance, making sure no one found them and he was ready when she shifted.

Billie rested her head against his chest, suddenly exhausted.

Canis sat with her and he held her close, rubbing her sides softly in an attempt to comfort her, staying in his bipedal form.

"Oh" Billie said surprised, nodding gently the female moved to curl up against him, afraid.

"I don't really know..." He admitted, rubbing the back of his neck, "I do know that you'll hear your wolf's voice before you shift, you have to accept your wolf before your wolf will accept your body and allow you to shift to her form" He said, "But I don't know if it'll hurt or you wont feel anything" He sighed.

"what will it feel like?" she asked curiously.

He held her close and nuzzled her softly, pressing his snout to her softly, "Now we wait" He murmured lightly.

Billie jolted and cried out loudly when she was bitten, but other than the pain she didn't feel anything strange.

His ears drooped and he nodded, letting out a soft breath, he nuzzled her before he licked at her shoulder gently, trying to give her every chance to back out before he suddenly bit into her shoulder, just enough to puncture the skin before he pulled away and began licking the bite.

"no, i'm okay" she told him with a slight stutter, "just do it."

"If you want to back out, you can" He said softly.

Billie nodded fearfully, "okay.."
