She was hesitant to follow him, but did and she looked about once they were in the room, "I can't just uproot you like that" She said, sighing, "I don't mind one person... It's an entire compound I don't like" She said quietly.

Ivar thought for a moment but nodded, “come with me” He instructed her, he slid past her and walked out the door. The pair walked for several minutes before they arrived at what looked like a bell tower. He lead her into an old looking elevator and the pair went up several floors. The elevator gave a halfhearted ‘ding’ before the rusted doors forced themselves open. He lead her into the room, it was decorated lightly. It was large and spacious, the only sign of human life was through the large glass window which gave a perfect few of the crowded compound below. “This is my apartment. The only one on this floor, but it’s yours for as long as you want it. I’ll stay in one of the empty rooms downstairs to give you privacy.”

She groaned and flopped back onto the bed as he spoke, "Do you at least have somewhere away from everyone? I'm seriously not good with people" She grumbled, draping an arm over her face, "I seriously can't handle this" She said, she was clearly very stressed as she laid there, twitching at the slightest sound from outside.

Ivar frowned gently, crossing his arms defensively but his words were soft, “I told you I wouldn’t force you to stay...but...I would like it if you did...” The male sighed, “plus, I can’t help but feel indebted to you...”

She glanced up to him and she sighed, "You happy now? I laid down, I can leave now?" She asked, frowning, she clearly wasn't comfortable in the compound, despite the safety and her clear need for people around her.

Ivar stood despite the women’s words, eager to help if he could but not overstepping by touching her without her approval.

"No... No I'm fine" She murmured, sighing softly, wincing as she attempted to stretch out her back, groaning softly.

Ivar sat up a little, “do you need something?” He asked concerned.

"Feels like I've slept for a week" She murmured as she slowly tried to stand from the bed, wobbling and she sat back down, running her hands through her hair.

“A couple of hours” Ivar told her, stretching in the chair.

She jumped as she heard him, and she looked up, remembering what had happened and she sighed, "Like shit" She mumbled, "How long as I out?" She murmured.

“How are you feeling” he asked curiously, returning to his chair, yawning loudly.

She jumped slightly as she heard him returning, she rubbed at her eyes in an attempt to get the sleep out land see easier.

When Ivar had promised to remain in the room, he hadn't quite expected the women to sleep for so long. He returned and left the room periodically, he would bring food only to eat it himself when she didn't wake. As it happened, he had been called away in the early hours of the next morning and was just returning to the room as she sat up.

Melanie slept deeply for hours, she wouldn't even wake up if someone tried to wake her, not even the smell of freshly cooked food woke the woman, when she finally did wake, it was noon the next day, slowly sitting up and she rubbed at her eyes, looking about groggily, forgetting where she was after such a deep sleep.

Ivar leaned back, watching the female as she slept, feeling so relaxed he fell asleep himself.

She was hesitant before giving a nod, finally giving in and she laid on the bed, curling up as best she could, her back was to him at first, until she rolled over, watching him for a few minutes in silence before she let her eyes close and she fell into a deep sleep, her entire body relaxing into the comfortable bed.

Ivar considered her, nodding, "alright...i'll stay with you" he stood up for a moment and brought a chair by the bed, sitting, "i'll be here when you wake up."

She glanced up as she listened to him, biting her lip lightly, "Don't... Don't go..." she bit her lip, her tough act beginning to fall, tears pricked the woman's eyes, "I don't want to be alone..." She whimpered, her shoulders trembling heavily, she was scared in the compound, and this man seemed to be the only one that cared, she didn't trust him, but she did trust him more than anyone else.

Ivar walked over to the female, kneeling down before her, "i'm sure you are fine, but get some rest here...as i said i will make sure no one comes in and i won't stay either"

She sighed as she seemed to finally be giving in, "Just... I don't know..." she murmured, getting as far as sitting on the bed, her arms softly around her stomach, "I was like this the other times... I'm fine" She told him, refusing to look at him now.

Ivar was clearly irritated, but he softened his tone, "i promise not to tell anyone if you lay down."

She frowned as he spoke, pulling away, "Fourth... Actually" She said, turning her back to him and she wrapped her arms around herself, letting out a heavy sigh, leaning against the bed lightly, almost unsure of herself now.

Ivar caught her, still annoyed at how difficult she was being, "right of course, this is what? your second child...third maybe?"
