A Cat's Only Payment [Stormwind]

"So, Blu, got any plans today?" Scout mewled loudly, oblivious to what was going on behind him. "I was thinking we could-"


Lark sat down, quickly looping his tail around Scout's muzzle to silence him and dragging the male over to sit next to him, leaving a third space on Scout's opposite side for Blu.

Lily purred softly and rubbed against her father, until she felt someone grip her tail and she mewled as she was dragged back, Lanx stood over the smaller she-cat and the older seemed to grin and lick her lips softly.

Lark glanced between Lanx and Lily, wondering what their plan was for completing the task they'd agreed to the previous day. Grinning, he began to groom his daughter like the overprotective parent he was, licking the still-smaller kitten hard enough to make her fall over on occasion.

"Morning" Came Lily's tired mew, nuzzling close to her father and she stretched softly.

"Morning, Lily!" Scout called cheerfully, whereas Lark nuzzled his daughter affectionately and purred a more intimate "Good morning."

Blu nuzzled his mate and he walked to the food bowls, beginning to eat.

One of the she-cat's began to stir, Lily came out from under her mother and she let out a loud yawn.

Scout watched after Lark was gone and halfway across the room, waiting for his mate to stand up before playfully batting at the other male's tail.

Blu yawned and sighed lightly, sitting up and stretching out, "Fine fine" He murmured.

"I got the girls to agree to doing a little something special for us today, so don't make any plans." Lark purred cryptically, turning around and raising his tail as he stalked away. "That's all." He muttered quietly over his shoulder, trying not to wake the females up just yet.

Blu groomed his mate softly before glancing to the other tom, "What'd you want?" He asked as he yawned.

Lark padded up to the other two males before Scout could initiate a conversation with his mate, sitting down with a self-satisfied smirk on his face and just waiting for the other two toms to pay attention to him.

"Morning" The tom mumbled and slowly sat up, stretching out.

"Morning," Scout mumbled quietly, grooming Blu's cheek as the tom finally stirred.

Blu twitched and slowly woke as he felt his mate's touch, yawning loudly.

Lanx stretched out on the floor and she whined softly as she slept.

Purring, Scout returned to the nest and kept grooming the other male.

When Lark woke up, he carefully lowered Lanx down with his muzzle so that the female wouldn't abruptly fall over now that his support was gone.

Blu twitched and murmured as he slept, pressing closer to his mate.

The tom gave Blu an affectionate lick across the top of the Tom's head before leaving the nest, standing up and drinking out of the water bowl in the middle of the room.

Blu twitched and snored as he slept deeply, his tail lashing and his paws kneading as he slept.

Scout was the first of the group to wake up, well past sunhigh the next day, stretching out and yawning silently as his mate slept next to him.

"Night" Rang both she-cats' voices before they curled up and fell asleep.

"Night." Lark grumbled out simply, too tired to say much else as the tom snuggled tightly against Lanx's flank and then fell asleep.

Blu didn't take long to fall asleep, his snores ringing out.

Lanx wrapped her paws around her mate's neck and she purred as she licked his face.

Scout purred happily, only lasting a few moments before the warmth of Blu's body soothed him to sleep.

Lark leaned heavily on his girls in the pile in the middle of the floor, smirking weakly as Lanx spoke.

The tom purred, laying his head over his mate's and he sighed as he closed his eyes.

"I can't say" She purred, lashing her tail, "She's our kit, so she is a mix of both of us" Lanx cooed.

"Indeed." Scout purred sleepily, not opening his eyes, but his ears flicked in acknowledgment as the sounds of their sloppy liplock ended abruptly. The tired male put a forepaw on Blu's shoulder, dragging his head down so that the small brown male could muzzle lovingly into his mate's neck fur.

"So.." Lark panted, blown away by the intensity of her kiss. "...Who's the better kisser, me or Lily?" The tom teased, smirking over at his mate as their daughter lied beneath them.
